Normally Foundation is Selected by skin and preference.Normally a oily skin may gravitate towards a powder foundation and dry skin to a liquid
but its absolutely fine for a oily skin to use a liquid foundation if its oil free
i also think that its good to wear primer because it creates a layer in between
the skin and the actual foundation which
is great when u wanna avoid major break out.
and protect the skin from air pollution
Alot of people are intimidated by foundation
theres no need to be just research and experiment to see which one works for you
