Sooooo, I'm sure you've been keeping up with Pep's posts about Illamasqua, the dramatic, highly-pigmented makeup brand from the UK! If you already didn't know, well now's the time to get on it.
I am ABSOLUTELY obsessed with eyeliner, my staple is the cat eye, so everytime I hear about eyeliner I get excited! Illamasqua's eyeliners are called Eye Liner Cake. They come in three different colors, black, navy blue, and green. I'm usually hesitant over powder eyeliners but what I like is that Illamasqua sells their Seeling Gel to give you control over the consistency of the liner and it also seals the liner for staying power! The liners are $21 each and the Sealing Gel is $12 dollars but you get 2 bottles! Can't wait to get my hands on these!
