Step 1.
So start off with a 24/7 eyeliner from urban decay (gunmetal)
Line the top lid extremely thick to Smudge it out
After Smudging Press the urban decay s&m eyeshadow directly where you placed the eyeliner
Blend it up into the crease for a smoked out look
Step 2.
Line water line with Gunmetal Liner
liner lash line with gunmetal
then smudge.
Press s&m eyeshadow w/ shader brush
blend! Blend!
Step 3.
Add Mascara top Lashes & bottom!
& Smile for the camera !
