I'm 22 and I feel like people are always focusing on people in their 30s, 40s, 50s and so on. Not that there's nothing wrong with that but I like to know what to do and sometimes it's hard to find! I've been searching far and wide and found some stuff!

The first signs of aging usually begin at the eye, so it is essential to begin using eye cream now! We need eye cream rich in texture to hydrate our eye contour area and protect from fine lines to form. You want to take the eye cream out to where the temple is, up and around the eyelid (not on the eyelid itself) because that's where the fine lines and wrinkles form first. I recommend Dior's Hydraction Eye Cream. It is very rich in texture and it has lasted me a while, it also has SPF 20, so it protects the eye area from sun damage as well!

Another tip is to exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! As we get older, our cell turnover (the rate at which our cells renew themselves) slows down. Our dead skin cells don't fall off as easily as they were and that often leads to a dull complexion, so the answer is to exfoliate. Exfoliating removes the dead cells and the healthy, glowing skin underneath is brought up! It takes about 30-45 days for new cells to surface, so let's help the process. You're supposed to exfoliate twice a week, any more than that and you might be doing more damage than helping your skin. I recommend St. Ives Apricot Scrub for this. It smells great and it feels great too!

Hope these tips help!
