this is what i wore to work today!
i love shattered from urban decay,
inner rim liner is nice but sometimes i just like a liquid line on the top
when you line you inner rim with black liner or any liner thats dark it makes your eye look smaller (#tip)
i like my eyes to look big so sometimes i refrain from lining the inner rim
