When you flat iron your hair what temp would you sugest setting it ?
I'm going to be honest with you, my hair has been through a lot
switching from natural hair to a perm back and forth for years so I try not to damage my hair as much as possible!
I flat iron my hair very little and when I do I put a heat protective serum on it first, no grease because you will burn your hair
And I keep it on the notch above the lowest setting!
It takes me much longer but It is 10 times better for my hair !
